The service
The invitation and wedding website are free, with no watermark. Paid plans add guest-management features such as per-event RSVP tracking, segmentation, reminders, and check-in. We keep improving the product, which means features can change over time.
Your content
Everything you add — names, photos, events, messages, guest lists — remains yours. You confirm you have the right to use what you upload, including permission to share your guests’ contact details with us so we can run your invitation and RSVP for you.
Acceptable use
Use Wedence for genuine celebrations. Don’t upload unlawful content, impersonate others, spam people, or attempt to access other couples’ data. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or harm other users.
Guests’ privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data. Guest information collected through your invitation is used only for your wedding.
Liability
We work hard to keep Wedence reliable, but the service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending your account
You can stop using Wedence and ask us to delete your account and data at any time. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
