2. The Curated Knot — best free tier for multilingual guests
Its free tier is described as including multi-event support, smart RSVPs and guest management for over a thousand guests, with RSVP forms in English, Hindi and Tamil. The multilingual forms are a real advantage over everything else on this page, Wedence included. Its pricing page did not load for us on 17 September 2026, so we are not quoting paid tiers we could not verify.
3. Joy (With Joy) — the strongest global free plan
Genuinely free, genuinely unlimited, and it does support multi-event RSVP once you have configured the events yourself. The gap is distribution: its sending tools assume email, which is the wrong channel for most Indian guest lists.
4. Invyt — free to 25 guests
Well built and honestly priced, and the free tier includes dietary preferences, plus-one and children tracking. But 25 guests is one side of one family at an Indian wedding, and the free page carries Invyt branding. Past the cap it is €12 per event.
5. WedMake — free, but the RSVP is a phone call
A genuinely free live page with a unique link. Its RSVP opens WhatsApp, a call or a text addressed to you, so 300 guests produce 300 conversations that somebody reads and tallies by hand. Free of charge, not free of work.
6. Google Forms — the honest baseline
Free, unlimited, and it will do exactly what you build. You can construct per-function questions in it, and the responses land in a spreadsheet you already know how to use. What you do not get is an invitation, a guest list linked to the responses, reminders, or any way for a guest to see the schedule. Plenty of families genuinely start here, and it is a reasonable baseline against which to judge everything above.
A note on RSVP deadlines
Whichever tool you pick, the deadline does more work than the software.
